The BILLOW is the latest disposable vape device from Vabeen. The BILLOW is not a typical disposable e-cigarette. The BILLOW comes with 18ml of nicotine salt e-juice and a 500mAh rechargeable battery, which will deliver up to 7500 puffs. Although this is my first experience with Vabeen BILLOW, the throat hit from this disposable is great and the flavor is satisfying. It uses Vabeen’s self-developed VFEELING coil and has a precise airflow control knob.
Unlike the bulky box mod, the box-style disposables are very small and light and actually provide MTL vaping experiences. I prefer a disposable vape with a large e-liquid capacity. Because in the long run, it is more cost-effective than the smaller one. And they are so portable that I can carry them around to enjoy my puffs; they can keep me vaping longer without refilling required.

Overall, the BILLOW is compact, lightweight, and well-constructed. When I saw it for the first time, my first thoughts were that it looked so cute and lovely.
The BILLOW is shaped like a flagon and made of durable plastic, with a rubberized coating on its housing. I like the rubberized finish very much which is very easy to hold and takes on no fingerprints. It is so small that it can nicely fit into the palm of your hand and is easy to carry around. Although the BILLOW holds 16ml of e-liquid, it has a featherweight feeling in the hand. The BILLOW has been identified as the world’s lightest box disposable vape, and it only weighs 52 grams. Surprisingly, the BILLOW is specially designed with a dust-proof cap to prevent contamination such as dust from entering, providing a more secure and sanitary vaping experience. The big surprise is that the BILLOW features airflow control. There is built with four air holes on the bottom, allowing me to precisely adjust it to be looser or tighter for a different vaping experience.
Getting started
Just like all disposables, there is very little to know to get started. The BILLOW has no button to be clicked. What you need to do is just remove it from the package, and put the mouthpiece into your mouth to take a hit.
But the BILLOW has an adjustable airflow knob on the bottom of the device. And there are four air holes. It’s super simple to use and easy to set your desirable airflow. You can switch it to get a tight MTL draw to a loose MTL draw.
Also, the device comes with a pre-charged battery and prefilled e-liquid. Since it’s a disposable box with an ultra-large e-liquid capacity, it can keep your vaping longer. Once the e-liquid is used up, you can dispose of it.
Batter life and charging
How would you like to be able to vape a whole day on a single charge? Awesome, right? You can achieve that with the BILLOW.
The battery capacity is listed at 500mAh, and it uses a Type-C port to charge. Statistics from Vabeen’s official data show that the device can last all day. But actually, for me, the battery on the device can last me one and a half days. And it can be charged to full battery in 90 minutes.
How does it hit?
The BILLOW has a pleasurable MTL draw that goes from tight to lose MTL, but not a restricted lung hit. And the hit is decent enough, you’ll get the smooth and pure flavor.
The throat hit is really nice but varies with the specific flavors. The device I received has a 50mg of nicotine level, making me very satisfied.
Are the flavors any good?
There are a variety of flavors to choose from, the majority of which are hybrid fruit flavors with more than one note such as Raspberry Watermelon, Strawberry Guava Ice, Blue Razz Lemonade and Honeydew Pineapple Orange, it also has Menthol flavor, Mint Tobacco flavor and Rainbow flavor. And the flavors are mostly fruit flavors. I am going to take some of the flavors from Vabeen BILLOW for this review.
Strawberry Cream
It has an amazing aroma, and I like that smell with a decent hit of strawberry. It’s not so creamy as other similar flavors. And the cooling is normal.
Menthol
If you are a fan of menthol, it is your must-try flavor. This is a typical menthol flavor, but more flavorful than similar flavors from other disposables. The coolness of every first puff is unforgettable and refreshing. The aroma lasts long.

Verdict
Overall, the Vabeen did an exceptional job again with the BILLOW. The BILLOW box disposable is a portable flagon-shaped box disposable vape with an adjustable airflow system. Since it can last approximately 7500 puffs, the BILLOW gives you more vaping time than almost all disposable vape devices. Besides, it looks very cute and feels great in the hand.
I am attracted by its look when I saw the BILLOW for the first time. If you’re a fan of prefilled disposable vape pods, make sure to keep an eye out for the BILLOW. There are many pros to the BILLOW, such as the 18ml of e-liquid, long-lasting battery life, Type-C recharge port, and various flavor options. Although the BILLOW holds ultra-large e-liquid capacity, its flavors were good enough for me to finish the device. The thing that impressed me most was the precise adjustable airflow. I can freely change the setting to get my desirable vaping experience. It didn’t leak after I run out of the e-liquid. Strongly recommend the BILLOW to anyone who is looking for a disposable pod vape!
